Before evaluation
If an entry cannot be evaluated because it is inaccessible, fraudulent, outside the rules or submitted without authority, it may be rejected and refunded at our discretion.
After evaluation
Fees are normally non-refundable once substantive review has begun. Not receiving recognition is not grounds for a refund because the fee covers the evaluation process, not an award.
Payment problems
Duplicate or demonstrably incorrect charges will be investigated. Contact hello@globalwebawards.org with your submission reference.
